免疫檢查點(diǎn)分子逐漸被認(rèn)為是腫瘤免疫治療的新靶標(biāo),它通常被腫瘤細(xì)胞“劫持”,以束縛免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)揮有效的抗腫瘤反應(yīng)的能力。免疫檢查點(diǎn)阻斷(Immune Checkpoint Blockade)是激活抗腫瘤免疫的有希望的方法。細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞相關(guān)抗原4(CTLA-4)和程序性細(xì)胞死亡受體1(PD-1)是目前研究的透徹的免疫檢查點(diǎn)分子,anti-CTLA4和anti-PD1單克隆藥物已經(jīng)在多種惡性腫瘤的臨床試驗(yàn)中展現(xiàn)出不錯的療效。
案例展示
OX40 / CD134是腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)受體家族的成員。它是一種有效的共刺激途徑的一部分,當(dāng)被觸發(fā)時可以在幾種臨床前癌癥模型以及人類中增強(qiáng)T細(xì)胞記憶,增殖和抗腫瘤活性,從而克服癌癥的一些免疫抑制性質(zhì)。
OX40 / CD134 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. It is part of a potent co-stimulatory pathway that when triggered can enhance T-cell memory, proliferation and antitumor activity in several preclinical cancer models as well as in humans thus overcoming some of the immunosuppressive properties of cancer.
