FIP1L1 fusions play an important role in the pathogenesis of leukemia (PMID: 24763514), including FIP1L1-PDGFRA in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 32269633, PMID: 31450116) and in myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia (PMID: 31995156), and FIP1L1 fusions with ROS1 has been observed in spitzoid neoplasms (PMID: 31361613). |
